We have been in the business of manufacture of Pulleys since 1980 and supply Pulleys of various sizes of Duty conditions to number of industries like Cement, Steel, Coal Mines, Chemicals to name a few.
 
Our range of Pulleys include:
 
  • a) Light duty Pulleys – key arrangement
  • b) Medium duty Pulleys – key arrangement / Tapper Lock arrangement
  • c) Heavy duty Pulleys - Tapper Lock arrangement
  • d) Extra Heavy duty Pulleys – Turbodiaphagram
  • e) Pulleys with in-built bearings, Boot Pulleys for Bucket Elevators, Deflection Disc, Beater Pulleys for side wall cleated Belt Conveyors are also in our manufacturing range.
We ensure dimensional tolerance Tolerance for Pulleys manufactured by us as per IS/IPSS/CEMA STANDARDS.
 
FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT OUR WORKS:
 
  • 1) In-house Design facilities supported by State-of-the-art Software / CADD facilities
  • 2) Plate Bending machine with capacity to roll shell from 6mm to 55mm thick with 2500 mm width with pre pinching facility
  • 3) Dedicated foundry for Turbodiaphagram castings as per IS:1030 / GS20mn5
  • 4) Welding of shell with Turbodiaphagram by Mig welding process.
  • 5) Stress reliving by Furnace method [size -2 Mtr width x 4 Mtrs Lg].
  • 6) Horizontal Boring machine [to bore job of min Ø500 , max Ø1500].
  • 7) Static Balancing Machine.
  • 8) O.D Machining by using extra heavy duty lathe [size: min Ø200 -max Ø2500]
  • 9) We have in-house rubber lagging facilities and are well versed in
    • a) Plain lagging – Non Drive Pulleys
    • b) Diamond Groove – Drive Pulleys
    • c) Herringbone Groove - Drive Pulleys
    • d) Ceramic Lagging
  • 10) Bearings – We use original SKF / FAG Double Row Spherical Roller Bearings with adapter sleeves
  • 11)Plummer Block – We use Plummer blocks made of cast iron – IS 210 / Cast Steel : IS 1030 as per customer's requirement and sealing arrangements could be Felt seal / Labyrinth seal.
 

INSPECTION FACILITIES:

 

We adopt 100% inspection from raw material stage to finished product stage.

 


  • 1)Shafts - UT Test, Chemical Properties and Mechanical Strength
  • 2) Plate - Heat number and TC matching along with chemical test
  • 3) Key - Chemical and mechanical strength
  • 4) Dimension check of all components before assembly
  • 5) DP Test of welding joints.
  • 6) Visual inspection on finished dimensions.
  • 7) Stress Relieving for Heavy Duty Pulleys.
  • 8) Rubber Lining - shore hardness, Peel of strength, Spark Test
  • 9) Static Balancing
